• E-voucher has no expiration
• Valid for one room voucher/booking per day.
• Limited-edition room category. Prior reservation is required and is subject to availability.
• Not valid during holidays, peak season, and other blackout dates identified by the hotel.
A surcharge of Php 2,500 applies on peak dates.
Blackout dates: December 27 to January 3
• Not valid for corporate and/or group bookings
• Voucher is non-refundable and is not convertible to cash
• Voucher is transferrable

Resort Policy
Check-in/Check-out
Hotel’s standard check-in time is at 3:00 PM. Check-out time is at 12:00 noon.
Early check-in and late check-out requests will be subject to availability and additional fees.

Government Issued Photo ID
Hotel will be requiring a valid government issued ID upon check-in. For guests not residing in the Philippines, actual passport must be presented.
Incidental Deposit
Incidental deposit of PHP3,000/room/night will be collected upon check-in. This may either be thru cash or credit card. For credit card settlement. Pre-authorization will be done upon check-in and full charges incurred during stay will be collected upon check-out.
3rd Party Credit Card Settlement

Guest Room Guidelines
1. All our rooms are designated as non-smoking (Executive Order No. 26)
2. To ensure comfort and privacy of all our guests, kindly be reminded that loud music and social gatherings are not allowed in guestrooms.
3. Rooms can accommodate maximum of 2 adults and 2 children (12 years old and below, without extra charge using existing bedding when sharing with parents), breakfast not included OR 3 adults.
There will be extra charge for the 3rd adult in the room.
Child policy on breakfast
Below 5 years old - free of charge
6 to 11 years old - 50% discount on regular buffet breakfast rate
12 years old and above - Regular rate for buffet breakfast
Cancellation/Modification Policy
1. Cancellations or modifications made 14 days prior to arrival will be charged the equivalent of one night’s stay.
2. Cancellations or modifications made 7 days prior to arrival room shall be subject to full charge for the entire stay. Same condition will apply in case of non-arrival of the guest(s).
3. In the event of cancelled flight/ferry on the day of scheduled arrival, hotel will only allow re-booking within 3 months. Room/s for new dates will be subject to availability. Reservation is non
cancellable.
4. Shortened stay are subject to applicable charges.
Force Majeure
In cases of cancelled flights and ferries due to natural calamities, hotel will allow re-booking, within 3 months. Room/s will however be subject to availability and rate change
Photo Shoot Policy
Additional charges will be applied for guest/s using hotel’s facilities for photo-shoot purposes. Kindly approach the Front Desk for details.
Drone Usage
For the safety and privacy of our guests, usage of drone and other similar kinetic remote-control devices for recreational use within the perimeter of the resort is not allowed. Special events such as
weddings, conventions, media events, promotional videos, and the like will be subject to Management’s approval and must be pre-arranged at least 7 days before arrival.
